Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

Eligible returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
